We produce corporate events across Mexico from our base in Queretaro, the industrial corridor where most of our clients have their plants. Conferences, year-end parties, product launches, plant anniversaries, family days and award nights.
| Format | What it usually involves |
|---|---|
| Year-end party | Venue, dinner, open bar, show, DJ, staging, awards. December books out early, so plan from September. |
| Conference or convention | Registration, breakout rooms, interpretation, streaming, coffee breaks. |
| Product launch | Press, distributors or consumers. Stage design, LED, audiovisual coverage. |
| Family day | On plant grounds or at a venue. Activities by age group, catering, safety and logistics. |
| Plant anniversary or inauguration | Protocol, tour, press and catering. |
| Large-format covered events | German-style tents and megastructures with clear span. We recently installed two for a state government address. |
Most of our largest accounts are subsidiaries of Japanese, German and American groups. Three things usually matter to them, and we are set up for all three.
Equipment and operators are ours. You are not coordinating six vendors, or absorbing the delay when one of them is late.
Formal invoicing (CFDI), supplier registration, insurance and civil-protection documentation. We go through corporate procurement regularly and know what it asks for.
We come back with a closed scope and price in under 24 business hours, not a range that moves later.
Queretaro, Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey, Leon, Celaya and San Miguel de Allende, with national coverage for larger productions. Beyond about ninety minutes we factor in crew accommodation, and we say so up front.
Tell us what you are planning and we will come back with a closed proposal in under 24 business hours. If you just need a number to check your budget against, our event cost estimator gives you a market range in thirty seconds, with no email required.
